We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, JCB and PayPal. Upon successfully completing the payment transaction, we will process the order within two business days. All sales taxes are included in the sales price.
We provide FREE US standard shipping on orders over $40. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after orders have been made and payment is cleared.
Shipping for International orders shipping is calculated based on weight at check out. All international shipments are subject to customs/duties charges.
Please note the following conditions on all international orders:
- As a customer, you are responsible to comply with International, national, or local laws regulating the importation of products you purchase.
- If your order is refused delivery by customs for any reason, Mia's Co shall not be held responsible for any losses or costs incurred by you, the customer.
- If the shipment is abandoned or discarded by customs, you will not receive a refund or credit of any kind.
Mia's Co strives to provide our customers with an excellent shopping experience. Our products are of high quality, and we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request to return the merchandise for a refund within 30 days of the invoice date. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. For product returns the customer is always responsible for return shipping costs.

All returns must be pre-approved by Mia's Co and accompanied by a copy of the order return form. All returns must be in the original packaging in as-new condition with the return shipping prepaid by the customer. Mia's Co reserves the right to impose a restocking fee on all returns including, but not limited to, unauthorized and/or unusual returns. Shipping costs are not refundable. Special Order items including fixtures are not eligible for return.
Returns will not be accepted on items that are:
• Missing or invalid order ID, or receipt #.
• Returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Returned without authorization
How will the customer receive their refund?
We can only credit towards the original payment method and cannot credit to an alternative payment method.
How long until the customer receives their refund?
The customer will receive their refund within 24 to 48 hours after we have received the returned product/order.
